PURCHASING:
Most items listed here are ready to ship and will ship within 3 business days.
Made to order and custom items will have a 4-6 week processing time.
Made to order items will say so in listing description.
PAYMENT:
I accept all payments through PayPal. When you go to the payment section through your cart you may either sign in to your PayPal account to pay with your balance, or you can use a credit card as a guest and it pays to my PayPal account.
The cart does hold your item for 10 minutes with this cart system, so you do have time to enter all your info before checking out.
PLEASE USE THOSE 10 MINUTES TO CONFIRM THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS!
SIZING & USE:
These are the perfect shoe for your littles chubby feet! Designed for the fat footed babes. The elastic around the ankle makes them ideal for busy feet!
Our moccasins are soft sole shoes, which is pediatric recommended for up to 5 years of
age and is ideal for little ones learning to walk. With hard sole shoes
their feet cannot curl for the necessary balance, with soft soles it
mimics bare feet which is ideal for first steps. And for children up to 5
a soft sole is recommended for encouraging proper stride and posture
when walking, two things that a hard sole shoe can alter.
They can be worn outside, but you may use at your own discretion - walking on gravel and pavement will produce more wear and tear than on the grass or indoors!
PRODUCTS & LEATHER:

the best representation according to my own computer screen. Please be
aware that computer and phone screen resolutions will differ.
Due to different textures and thicknesses of leather, not all products will be available in all styles. I use the leather that I feel is best for each product. What you see pictured in the listing is exactly what you are getting and may not be available in different styles.
Please be aware that some colors may stain damp/sweaty toes. Blues and greens seem to be the culprit of this staining. I have only personally experienced this with my children once, with dark green suede moccasins that they wore while jumping in mud puddles! I have not yet received any customer complaints from our own shoes, but have had customers question it when happening with other moccasins. Please be aware that it is not a problem with quality - its just the amount of dye used to stain the leather. It could very well happen with a pair of our own as well! Their little toes will wash clean, they wont have blue or green toes forever! Embrace their inner Hulk or Smurf :-)
SHIPPING:
I use USPS and print shipping labels through PayPal - you will receive an
email from PayPal with the tracking number once shipped.
I do not give refunds for extra shipping if you purchase more
than one item in separate listings. I cannot combine shipping of
separate purchases or hold items to ship them with another purchase. Not only is it very hard to keep track of all these extra
steps in your purchase, but it also puts us both at risk and makes part
of our buyer/seller protection nullified!
Shipping within the US and its territories (Guam, PR, ect) starts at $5.00.
I do ship anywhere internationally starting at $9.00. Your shipping price includes insurance for your purchasing price! Package never makes it to you - post office will reimburse you!
I cannot change addresses on orders. Be sure to correct your address in PayPal now. Changing the shipping address makes the buyer/seller protection through PayPal nullified. When checking out CONFIRM that the address is correct. Sometimes even when you change your address in PayPal, your browsers cookies have stored your previous address and will bring that one up automatically. So please confirm before checking out!
I am not responsible for lost mail.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
I do not accept refunds or returns, but we can exchange a pair for another size in the same style/color if it is still available! Please email me at [email protected] to begin the exchange process. There is a $5.00 restocking/shipping fee for an exchange.
We will gladly help you with any defective or damaged items within 30 days of shipping date. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the defective item and an explanation of the problem. We have the right to assess the problem and will determine if it is a refundable situation, a replaceable situation, or if it is normal wear and tear or damage caused by you that we are not responsible for.
RIGHTS AS SELLER:
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I hold the privileged to refund and cancel an order if I am not comfortable with fulfilling it with a particular customer.
DISCLAIMER:
Please be careful with ANY handmade item around a small child. Use your judgement with what is safe to be left with a child unsupervised. We cannot be held responsible for injury to your child from using our products.
